After some internal discussion, the committee unanimously voted to adopt this framework for Tiny Leaders Reborn. Historically, we’ve avoided creating format-specific restriction categories to keep the ruleset as streamlined as possible. However, now that the broader Commander rules framework has laid the official groundwork for this category, we’ve chosen to align with it. Cards in this category are completely legal to play in your maindeck or sideboard, they simply cannot be revealed or played as your Companion during pregame procedures.
